The ideal candidate will be responsible for detailed supervision of structures and civil works, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is critical to guaranteeing proper execution of structural and civil phases of the building, from foundations to final finishes. The long-term project (minimum 1 year) will be conducted fully on-site at the construction location, strategically situated between the provinces of Madrid and Toledo. We are seeking a professional with solid engineering education, in-depth knowledge of structural engineering and site supervision, and the ability to lead and coordinate teams in a demanding environment. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and control execution of structural and civil works, ensuring compliance with drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Manage and coordinate on-site work teams as well as subcontractors to optimize resources and execution timelines. * Conduct daily and weekly inspections of ongoing activities, identifying and resolving potential incidents or deviations. * Verify correct implementation of occupational health and safety procedures on site, promoting a prevention-oriented culture. * Monitor quality of materials and labor employed, ensuring conformity with required standards. * Prepare periodic technical reports on construction progress, material consumption, and resource management. * Collaborate closely with the site manager, design team, and other involved departments to ensure integration and success of the project. * Ensure correct interpretation and application of project documents (drawings, specifications, tender documents, etc.). * Participate in technical and planning meetings with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. * Maintain fluent and effective communication with all project stakeholders. **Job Requirements:** * **Academic Qualification:** University degree in Engineering (Civil, Structural, Civil Engineering, or equivalent). * **Professional Experience:** Over 12 years of demonstrable experience in site supervision, with specialization in structural and civil works for buildings. * **Languages:** English level B2 or higher, to facilitate communication in an international context and with technical documentation. * **Technical Knowledge:** Solid knowledge of construction regulations, concrete, steel, and other structural construction techniques, as well as civil works (foundations, buried structures, etc.). * **Management Skills:** Demonstrated ability in team management, planning, cost control, and schedule management. * **Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * **Problem-Solving Skills:** Problem-solving orientation and ability to make decisions under pressure. * **Availability:** Availability to work full-time and fully on-site at the Noblejas construction site. * **Contract Duration:** A long-term contract is offered, with a minimum duration of 1 year and potential for extension. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with project management tools and BIM software. * Prior experience in large-scale building projects. * Occupational Health and Safety certifications. * International experience. **Why Join Eosol Group?** We offer the opportunity to participate in challenging, high-impact projects within a collaborative and innovative environment.
