Through rotations across various departments—each linked to engineering and the industrial sector—you’ll have the opportunity to experience diverse work environments, roles, and specialized areas. The goal is to help you **develop cross-functionally**, discover which types of responsibilities suit you best, and support you in defining your professional path—accompanying you at this pivotal moment when you’re still exploring your future direction. **You’ll succeed if…** * You have **completed** your Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering (specializations in Automatic Control, Electronics, Organization & Production, or similar), Telecommunications Engineering, or Computer Engineering—and you’re ready to embark on your next career adventure. * You possess programming language skills such as C, C\+\+, Java, or Python, enabling you to collaborate effectively with various teams and contribute to project success. * You have excellent English proficiency (B2 level or higher), opening doors to participation in international projects during the program and boosting your professional development. **What will the process be like?** We’ll start with a telephone interview to get to know you and explain the program and the company. Next, you’ll have an individual online meeting with our People team, where you can learn in detail about the program’s responsibilities, clarify any questions or curiosities you may have about the position. Finally, after evaluating your application, we’ll inform you of the final selection decision as soon as possible.
