At Elis, the on-site HR Technician ensures efficient and close personnel management, contributing to the well-being and development of all employees. * Comprehensively manage the on-site HR department, ensuring compliance with all labor regulations. * Prepare employment contracts and manage the full payroll cycle, including Social Security registrations and deregistrations. * Enter and monitor IT / AT (work-related injuries/illnesses) in the system, manage use of Contrat@, and handle employee documentation. Identify training needs and collaborate on proposing internal training programs. * Select suitable candidates for each position and propose and lead monthly on-site engagement activities. * Review documentation and closely collaborate with the Occupational Health and Safety (PRL) department to ensure a safe working environment.
