This environment will enable interns to understand how operational processes are coordinated within an organization and how technological tools facilitate efficient information and workflow management. **Training objectives** During the internship, the student will develop knowledge related to operational management and the use of enterprise digital tools. Key training objectives include: * Learning how to manage and track the full order cycle using ERP systems. * Understanding how delivery tracking, stock availability, and inventory are managed. * Participating in the preparation of periodic reports for distributors. * Learning how to keep customer information up-to-date in CRM tools (Zoho). * Gaining familiarity with operational incident handling processes, such as returns or defective products. * Collaborating on improvement initiatives and cross-team coordination within the operations area. **Candidate profile** * Degree in Business Administration and Management, Industrial Engineering, International Business, or Logistics. * B2 level English required * Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or CRM tools.
