




Job Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Administrator to coordinate and control daily logistics operations, including document management, WMS order processing, transportation administration, and stock control. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination and control of daily logistics operations 2. End-to-end logistics management, from goods receipt to reverse logistics 3. Direct communication with customers and operation of WMS systems We need a Logistics Administrator in San Agustín de Guadalix. The position offers an indefinite contract with a leading company in the temperature-controlled logistics sector. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating and controlling daily logistics operations. Main duties include goods receipt and document management, handling orders via the WMS system, and transportation administration, including dispatches and delivery notes. The role also covers reverse logistics, return control, stock and inventory management, and direct communication with customers. Proficiency in MS Office is highly valued. Prior experience in a similar role is required, as well as having a personal vehicle to access the facilities. The offer includes an indefinite contract directly with the company. The gross annual salary is €23.407,80. The initial working schedule is Monday to Friday, 10:00–18:00, for the first two months. Thereafter, the schedule will be Monday to Friday, 16:00–24:00. Additionally, one Saturday every four weeks (08:00–14:00) will be worked, compensated either as overtime pay or as a day off in lieu. If the Saturday shift is worked, two additional hours will be performed remotely on Sundays (18:00–20:00), also compensated as overtime.
