At UPS, we are seeking a Security Specialist to join a dynamic, demanding, and stimulating environment where each day brings new challenges that make a difference. This is not just any position. That person could be you. **What do you do in a day?** * Preparation and management of security reports, primarily in English. * Analysis of operational data to identify potential risks and design preventive plans. * Investigation of security-related incidents. * Conducting audits and controls related to loss prevention and operational security. * Coordination and participation in meetings with members of the Spanish State Security Forces and Corps (FFCCSE). * Client visits, when necessary, to address security-related matters. * Serving as the department’s point of contact for systems, tools, and technical analysis support. **What do we offer?** * Competitive salary \+ health insurance * Continuous training * Varied work with growth opportunities **What should you be able to do?** * Fluency in both Spanish and English, spoken and written, is mandatory. * University degree, preferably in Criminology, Psychology, or related fields. * Mandatory Security Director certification. * Advanced knowledge of computer tools, systems, and database management. * Ability to work collaboratively, with strong interpersonal skills. * Prior experience in the security field—especially within corporate or multinational environments—is highly valued. * Excellent proficiency with technological systems and tools, acting as an internal reference. * Proven ability to conduct investigations, including those involving the use and analysis of social media. * Advanced use of social media from an analytical and investigative perspective. * Willingness to travel. * Valid driver's license. **How we recruit** At UPS, equal opportunity, fair treatment, and an inclusive workplace are of utmost importance.
