Professional development within a solid and future-oriented company JOB DESCRIPTION We require a First Maintenance Technician for the comprehensive maintenance service of fire detection and protection systems, emergency lighting, public address systems, and fire-rated doors at one of our clients’ buildings located in Madrid. COMSA Service is part of the Maintenance, Conservation, and Services business unit of COMSA Corporación Group, delivering comprehensive and specialized maintenance services for buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. Minimum Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ prior experience as a First Technician in fire protection system maintenance. * Installer-Maintainer license specialized in fire protection systems (PCI). * Valid driver’s license. * FPII or equivalent qualification in plumbing or installation and maintenance fields.
