Industrial operators are sought for various companies located across several municipalities in the Henares Corridor, including Torrejón de Ardoz, San Fernando de Henares, and Mejorada del Campo, among others. Typical duties include product manufacturing, material separation, disassembly and classification, supplying production lines, packaging and labeling, quality analysis, and other auxiliary tasks typical of a plant environment. Immediate availability to work rotating or fixed shifts—morning, afternoon, and/or night—is required, with flexibility to accommodate scheduled breaks. Prior experience as an operator and basic knowledge of the industrial sector are mandatory. Having a personal vehicle to travel to various industrial estates is a requirement, and holding a valid forklift operator’s license will be considered a positive asset. Initial contracts are offered with potential for renewal, a 40-hour weekly work schedule, and salary according to the applicable collective agreement.
