Job Summary: We are seeking a maintenance technician with experience in comprehensive building and facility maintenance, responsible for tasks covering electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and masonry. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive building and facility maintenance 2. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks 3. Full-time working schedule from Monday to Friday Candidates must have training in Installation and Maintenance or hold a professional qualification certificate in maintenance. Prior experience in comprehensive building and facility maintenance is required. Professional certifications such as RITE, low-voltage electrician license, and fluorinated gas handling certification are highly valued. Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and environmental management is also considered. Main responsibilities include comprehensive maintenance of facilities, covering preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance tasks. This involves working with electricity, HVAC, plumbing, and masonry, among other trades. Working hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The offered contract is temporary.
