Job Summary: We are seeking a Support Service Technician to supervise, maintain, and operate critical infrastructure within a Data Processing Center. Key Highlights: 1. Our clients include major public sector accounts, agri-food, banking and insurance, industrial and service companies, laboratories, environmental and energy firms, healthcare providers, and telecom operators — totaling over 1,500 clients in our portfolio. **Responsibilities: What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * Supervision and operation of CPD infrastructure to ensure proper functioning of ICT equipment. * Administration and operation of monitoring applications and service access tools. * Participation in equipment and link installation and migration projects. * User support: incident resolution, request handling, and inquiries. * Active Directory user management (onboarding, offboarding, modifications, migrations). * Installation and maintenance of assigned computer systems and equipment. * Handling of specialized tools and instrumentation. * Technical audits of rooms, equipment inspection, and incident resolution in compliance with regulations. * Documentation and supervision of CPDs using a **DCIM management tool.** **Requirements: What Do We Expect From You?** * **Education**: Higher Vocational Training Cycle in ICT. * **Experience**: Minimum 2–3 years in similar roles, especially with DCIM tools. * **Knowledge** of systems, hardware, cabling, and monitoring tools. * Teamwork capability and customer orientation.
