Job Summary: We are seeking a Maintenance Technical Manager to comprehensively manage operations in Madrid, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimization of resources. Key Highlights: 1. Continuous technical training of the team **Description:** ---------------- We require a Maintenance Technical Manager for our Madrid office. You will be responsible for the comprehensive management of maintenance operations across your assigned client portfolio, ensuring adherence to company-established regulations applicable to your scope of work. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordination of work and supervision of operational staff. * Support Site Managers and Facility Managers on maintenance-related matters and applicable regulations. * Monitoring of applicable regulations. * Adjustment of the preventive maintenance plan. * Proposal of improvements and management of spare parts. * Client interaction, as well as communication with assigned Site Managers and Facility Managers per client. * Management of specialized resources and contingency plans. * Preparation of reports, acquisition and preparation of all types of budgets. * Profitability analysis of contracts together with your supervisor. * Analysis and optimization of utilized human and material resources. * Technical training of personnel. **Requirements:** --------------- * Vocational training qualification (medium-level technician), specialist technician (second-degree), and/or extensive experience in this position. * University degree in Industrial Engineering or related field will be positively considered. * Technical maintenance management knowledge and general installation knowledge, as well as experience managing maintenance teams in industrial environments, are required. * Proficiency in computer tools. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * Valid maintenance technician certifications for various industrial sectors (RITE, Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, etc.). * Authorization to sign maintenance certificates. * Willingness to travel among assigned sites within the region is required. **We Offer** * Permanent full-time contract. * Flexible working hours. * Competitive salary. * Exclusive discounts and promotions for our employees. * Social benefits through our flexible compensation plan. * ISS aims to promote diversity within the organization.
