Located in Colmenar Viejo, we seek a candidate to manage manufacturing area efficiency, supervise daily operations, and consistently seek ways to improve workflow. This full-time permanent position requires balancing operational tasks with a constant analytical perspective. Responsibilities include monitoring the production plan and using IT tools to oversee inventory and performance results. The primary objective is to identify failures and propose practical solutions to improve quality across all stages of the industrial process. Additionally, you will coordinate operator teams through shift supervisors, fostering a culture of continuous improvement at the plant. Close collaboration with the maintenance department will be essential to resolve incidents promptly and avoid unnecessary production stoppages. University degree in Engineering. Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial environments, preferably in regulated sectors. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and formulas. Solid knowledge of production process management. Intermediate-to-advanced English proficiency for a professional environment.
