Support strategic service and organizational development by coordinating the service and leading methodological development proposals, procedures, and tools. **FUNCTIONAL DESCRIPTION (NON-EXHAUSTIVE):** * Overall program coordination, supervising, organizing, and assigning individual or group responsibilities to the team of professionals implementing the project, based on required intervention intensity, reference professional profile, and each person’s needs. * Liaison with the Madrid City Council Department responsible for homelessness prevention and support for homeless people, the Municipal Housing and Land Company (EMVS), and all Municipal Social Services, establishing alliances with basic and specialized support networks for homeless people. * Attendance at all meetings organized by the Madrid City Council Department responsible for homelessness prevention and support for homeless people within the Municipal Network for Homeless People Support. * Coordination with follow-up and assessment professionals regarding the operation of housing resources launched under the corresponding lot and concerning personal processes unfolding therein. * Resolution of incidents arising during program management—particularly those related to housing management—by supervising and coordinating actions taken by professionals responsible for follow-up. * Acting as mediator in conflicts between neighbors and program participants. * Implementation of all necessary actions to enable program participants’ access to autonomous housing—whether managed by AGEVISMA, EMVS, or available on the open market. * Review and supervision of quarterly evaluation reports submitted to the Madrid City Council Department responsible for homelessness prevention and support for homeless people, detailing the progress of interventions for each person residing in program housing. * Preparation and submission of the annual report to the Madrid City Council Department responsible for homelessness prevention and support for homeless people. Additionally, provision of any data or information requested by this Department. **BENEFITS** * Flexible entry and exit times. * Partial remote work. * For full annual working hours: 60 hours of discretionary time. * 23 working days of vacation. * Opportunities for work-life balance. * Career and professional development opportunities. * Laptop and smartphone with access to the M365 environment\. * Participation in social innovation, digital transformation, and agility initiatives. ### **Minimum Requirements** **ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS** * Bachelor’s, licentiate, or diploma degree in Social Sciences (e.g., Education, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology). **COMPLEMENTARY TRAINING** * Minimum 300 hours of training in supporting women victims of gender-based violence. * Minimum 50 hours of training in helping relationships, case management methodology, harm reduction, addictions, mental health, crisis intervention, and gender perspective. **PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE** * Minimum two years’ experience coordinating teams in accommodation services. * Minimum two years’ experience in accommodation services for homeless people. * Experience in mediation and housing-centered accompaniment for people experiencing severe residential exclusion. **OTHER REQUIREMENTS** * Certification as Director of Social Services Centers and registration with the Community of Madrid. * Demonstrable competencies and knowledge in helping relationships, case management methodology, harm reduction, addictions, mental health, crisis intervention, and gender perspective—supported by one year’s experience in similar roles. * Advanced user-level computer skills (Microsoft Office) and CRM/database management experience. * Possession of a Certificate of No Sexual Offense Conviction. **ADDITIONAL ASSETS** * Familiarity with Madrid’s network of services for homeless people. * Familiarity with Madrid’s network of services for women victims of violence. * Knowledge of social services, addiction, mental health, and other related service networks. * Knowledge of the Urban Leasing Act (LAU) and Horizontal Property Law. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
