Context The client is an international IT services organization delivering shared digital and infrastructure solutions to multiple business entities within a large financial services group (insurance and banking). Operating at an international scale with offices across several countries, the organization designs, builds, and operates transversal IT solutions supporting business growth, accelerating time to market, and optimizing operational costs. Its mission is to maintain high\-performing, secure, and scalable infrastructure services that enable business continuity and innovation across the group. 2\\. Service Description The service will be part of a Network Operations unit, composed of IT professionals involved in solution delivery, operational support, and service maintenance for group\-wide infrastructure environments. The role will be integrated into the Operational Excellence – Network Operations support teams and will work closely with both local and global teams, covering the following areas: Systems, database, and network management Application maintenance and operational support IPC process management Project management Quality of Service (QoS) and governance **The teams provide:** IT infrastructure support for business and development teams **Technical activities including:** Production support and IT service delivery Support for application development and ongoing maintenance The service contributes across the full project lifecycle, from technical studies and solution design to delivery and long\-term maintenance. 3\\. Deliverables As part of an existing technical team, the service will be responsible for: Platform management, maintenance, and monitoring Data analysis, trend assessment, and proactive troubleshooting Collaboration with central teams for incident and problem resolution Documentation of network changes and operational activities Providing strong troubleshooting expertise in production environments 4\\. Expertise **Mandatory expertise:** Strong experience in network monitoring platforms and data analysis within network environments Proven hands\-on expertise with Zabbix, NetScout, Grafana, and Spectrum **Nice to have:** Background in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field Knowledge of network and security technologies and protocols Experience supporting incident handling and problem\-solving activities Exposure to large\-scale or enterprise network operations Network certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent **Language:** Full English working environment (mandatory)
