Job Summary: We are seeking a poultry factory operator in Cabanillas del Campo, focused on feed production, involving physical labor, machinery operation, and schedule flexibility. Key Highlights: 1. Tasks include physical labor such as cleaning work areas and handling bags weighing up to 25 kilograms. Operation of specific machinery—including front-end forklifts—is also required to move materials and ensure efficient production flow. The working schedule is full-time, with shifts available in the morning or afternoon; therefore, flexibility is essential to adapt to team requirements. For this role, a minimum of one year’s experience in industrial or similar environments is preferred. A valid, officially certified forklift operator license is recommended, along with basic user-level computer skills—especially proficiency with Microsoft Office. Basic knowledge of industrial machinery maintenance is also desirable to perform minor repairs and support daily operational efficiency. Employment is direct and indefinite, with terms and salary aligned with the applicable collective bargaining agreement and adjusted according to the candidate’s experience. Work takes place in a dynamic environment where safety and hygiene are top priorities.
