Geriatric Care Assistant

Description

In Tres Cantos (Madrid), staff are sought to care for elderly individuals. Responsibilities include assisting with personal hygiene, such as bathing, showering, changing clothes and diapers; supporting feeding and hydration; facilitating mobility and transfers, including walking, lifting, positioning in bed, or using a wheelchair; and monitoring residents' physical and emotional condition, reporting any incidents to medical staff. A TCAE qualification or Professional Certification is required, along with a minimum of six months' experience. Familiarity with the Resiplus tactile residential management software is valued. A full-time indefinite contract is offered, with rotating shifts: morning shift (07:00–15:00) or afternoon shift (15:00–23:00). The gross monthly salary is 1230 euros.
