




Position Summary: We are seeking an Engineering professional to lead and supervise design and construction projects in the Oil&Gas sector, managing resources and ensuring regulatory compliance. Manage risks and ensure quality across all project phases. **What are we looking for?** We seek an Engineering professional with experience in Oil&Gas project and contract management to join the VP of Infrastructure, ArLNG Project. **What will be your challenge?** Lead, supervise, plan, and review design and construction projects for new facilities, expansions, and modifications of existing facilities, in order to anticipate sufficiently in advance the allocation of resources required to meet specifications, budgets, improvement and maintenance plans, in accordance with applicable legislation and regulations, the Company’s Safety, Quality, Environment, and Energy policies, and the corresponding Business Unit guidelines. **What will be your main responsibilities?** * Participate in and contribute to investment project proposal studies by defining technical specifications and economic evaluations, thereby providing guidance and information to ensure optimal project execution. * Coordinate engineering, procurement and contracting, inspection and commissioning, cost control, and scheduling activities according to the project execution strategy to ensure interface consistency among project stakeholders. * Coordinate the development of the Project Execution Plan during the extended basic engineering and execution phases to guarantee alignment with the defined strategy and scope, and ensure coordination among all departments involved in developing the Project Execution Plan. * Coordinate the risk management process across all project phases to ensure implementation of necessary preventive actions to achieve project objectives. * Participate in the economic estimation process by providing required information for developing cost and schedule estimates, ensuring that investment amounts and timelines align with the selected scope and strategy, and enabling analysis of estimate evolution across different phases. * Coordinate the preparation of tender documents regarding scope definition and contractual and commercial guidelines; and coordinate the review of bids and proposals for contract and supply awards, participating in the preparation of related reports to ensure alignment with strategy, achievement of project objectives, and risk mitigation. * Coordinate multidisciplinary project working groups and manage necessary meetings among various project stakeholders to ensure team alignment toward achieving common objectives. * Control and approve information contained in engineering drawings, material lists, and applicable technical specifications, ensuring compliance with the Company’s technical specifications to provide guidance ensuring engineering suitability for construction. **What do we value?** * **Academic background**: Degree in a relevant Engineering discipline. * **Experience**: More than 5 years in industrial construction project management and no less than 3 years in Contract Administration, within engineering, construction, and/or production companies in the Oil&Gas, Mining, and/or Energy sectors. * **Required knowledge**: Knowledge of engineering and construction processes, contracting strategies, negotiation of contractual terms, procurement management, and risk management. Familiarity with databases and physical and digital record administration. * **Language**: Excellent command of spoken and written English (mandatory). **Position Information** **Workplace:** YPF Tower **Willingness to travel:** Yes, availability for short- and medium-term international travel.
