We are currently seeking a **Project Manager** with experience in the **end-to-end management of electronic communications equipment development projects**, particularly oriented toward the **Defense, Aerospace, and Security** sectors. The selected candidate will be responsible for **planning, coordinating, and supervising** all phases of the project lifecycle, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and national and international clients. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and lead electronic communications equipment development projects, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards. * Manage technical and functional requirements jointly with clients and internal teams. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (hardware, firmware, software, RF, mechanical, testing). * Prepare technical and management documentation (project plans, schedules, progress reports, risk management). * Supervise testing, integration, and validation processes in laboratory or operational environments. * Collaborate with the business and commercial departments in preparing technical and economic proposals. * Ensure compliance with sector-specific aerospace and defense regulations (MIL, ECSS, DO, etc.). * Participate in audits and technical reviews with national and international clients. **Level – Required Educational Qualification:** * Degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent. **Required Education / Specific Knowledge in:** * Electronic development project management (preferably RF, satellite, or military communications). * Quality standards and regulations: ECSS, MIL\-STD, AQAP, ISO 9100\. * Project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). * Advanced English (B2\-C1\). * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. **We Value:** * Project management certifications (PMP, IPMA, Agile adapted to defense/space environments).
