To achieve this, your responsibilities will include: * Identifying customer needs and providing 24/7 assistance to any customer via phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp: investigating issues, resolving complaints, and offering solutions. * Managing incidents reported to us from any of our assets—either directly by the customer or through local staff. * Maintaining high levels of customer commitment and satisfaction, with a focus on loyalty. * Achieving personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
