Main responsibilities include: * Monitoring and analysis of the impaired portfolio (Stage 2 and Stage 3). * Preparation of internal reporting on impaired portfolios and write-offs. * Management and support in audit processes. * Support in preparing CIB’s global reporting. * Preparation and monitoring of metrics for monthly Holding committees (CIB SA). * Collaboration on transformation projects aimed at automating monitoring and reporting. **Qualifications** * University degree in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Engineering or related field. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint). * Experience handling and exploiting databases. * Required English level: C1. * Analytical ability, results orientation, and communication skills. * Teamwork and proactivity. **Preferred qualifications** * Knowledge of ADA. * Prior experience in Risk or CIB areas. * Experience in process automation or data visualization tools. **Skills:** Customer Targeting, Empathy, Ethics, Innovation, Proactive Thinking
