Job Summary: BBVA is seeking a professional to define and lead the Business Intelligence strategy, migrate processes to AWS, and apply GEN AI to optimize tasks, coordinating teams and vendors. We are highly focused on the advanced use of GEN AI to automate and make our processes more efficient. We work in an ADA environment with all available tools from the Amazon Web Services ecosystem. As this is a global area, we participate in and lead international, multi\-geography projects. **About the job:** **Responsibilities:** * Define and lead the Business Intelligence tool strategy for Retail Client Solutions, with particular emphasis on QuickSight * Migration and automation of processes in ADA \- AWS * Management of external teams across various projects * Application of GEN AI to current processes and tasks to improve efficiency * Coordination and communication with Architecture, Security, and Data Hub areas * Coordination with local Data \& Analytics, Architecture, Security, and Data Hub teams * Relationship and vendor management for technology and consulting providers **Education and Professional Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics or related field * Minimum of 6 years of prior experience, including at least 3 years in similar responsibilities * Advanced English \- C1 **Key Skills and Competencies:** * Ability to lead projects and coordinate teams * Knowledge of the ADA \- AWS environment and its various tools * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PySpark, etc. * Regular user of GEN AI tools (CHAT GPT, GEMINI, CODEX, GitHub Copilot, etc.) * Advanced knowledge of BI tools within the ADA environment (QuickSight, MicroStrategy) * Strong communication skills * Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams * Experience with objective-based management * Accountability and commitment to excellence **Skills:** Customer Targeting, Empathy, Ethics, Innovation, Proactive Thinking
