DESCRIPTION ### **What we’re looking for…** A candidate with at least **4 years of experience in Digital Product Design projects**, preferably within design studios or consultancies. We seek a profile with **strong visual sensitivity**, capable of translating complex concepts into powerful, coherent, and purposeful interfaces. We especially value your expertise in **visual design, animation, and interaction**: how you use motion, transitions, or micro-details to build clearer, smoother, and more memorable experiences. We also value your ability to **defend and communicate your design decisions**, inspiring confidence among the teams and clients you work with. ### **Specifically, here’s what you’ll do:** * Design **high-impact visual interfaces**, carefully attending to hierarchy, visual rhythm, and brand consistency across the entire product. * Explore and prototype **interactions and transitions**, using animation and motion to enhance usability and visual storytelling. * Define and maintain **scalable and consistent visual and motion systems**, aligned across product and organizational levels. * Participate in **ideation and visual exploration processes**, proposing new ways to communicate and present ideas through animated wireframes, storyboards, or interactive micro-prototypes. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (design, development, product, data) in agile environments, ensuring faithful and precise implementation of designs in the final product. * Prepare and **present your work to stakeholders**, articulating design decisions clearly and convincingly, and fostering alignment around the visual proposal. * Prototype in Figma to communicate and validate visual and interactive proposals with users and internal teams—clearly and professionally, both in Spanish and English. ### **To succeed, you’ll need experience in…** * **Advanced visual design**, with mastery of color, typography, composition, grid systems, and visual style. * **Motion design** and animation applied to digital products, ideally using tools such as **After Effects, Principle, or ProtoPie.** * Interaction and micro-interaction design, with knowledge of behavioral patterns and usability principles. * Building and maintaining coherent, scalable visual identities through design systems. * Design and prototyping tools, primarily Figma (components, advanced prototyping) and motion tools. * Agile methodologies and collaboration within multidisciplinary product teams. * Basic knowledge of **accessibility** and sensitivity toward inclusion from a design perspective. ### **At Garaje, we appreciate people who…** Take pride in their work, give their best, always have fun, are brave and willing to take risks, learn from mistakes, and love what they do.
