We are seeking to hire a Social Integration Technician for our Viñuelas Residence (Guadalajara), where you will join a multidisciplinary team committed to delivering personalized care, promoting autonomy, participation, and well-being for the individuals we support. What will be your mission? Promote residents’ personal development, inclusion, and autonomy through individualized socio-educational intervention, applying the Person-Centered Care model and AFANIAS quality standards. What will you do? Assist in overcoming barriers, obstacles, or difficulties that users with disabilities may encounter in their holistic development, ensuring their continued presence and progress. Identify needs and determine individual support measures required by each user; apply those support measures accordingly. Mediation: Monitor all actions established to improve and strengthen users’ social integration and labor stability. Develop any necessary training programs to facilitate users’ adaptation and integration into social and working life. Socio-labor skills development: Support and enhance users’ autonomy and independence, especially in carrying out daily tasks. Detect, intervene in, and report possible progressive deterioration processes affecting users with disabilities, aiming to prevent and/or mitigate their effects. Collaborate with technical teams in designing individual and collective programs required by users of our social centers. Report to your supervisor any observed incidents that could compromise people’s dignity or violate the ethical principles currently upheld by our association. Identify and support the use of community resources accessible to individuals. Qualifications: Vocational Training Level II – Social Integration Technician At least 1 year of relevant experience Additional training in active support, cognitive accessibility, and new technologies is desirable. Customer-oriented and service-minded individual with strong teamwork and organizational skills. Positive and constructive attitude. Demonstrated high capacity for autonomous, proactive work. Social sensitivity and interest in social causes, particularly disability.
