Occasional national and international mobility **Company Description** A construction-sector company specializing in structural restoration and ground and wall consolidation, utilizing innovative, unique, and patented resin injection technologies—fast and minimally invasive. The company operates in several European countries, and you will work as part of a mobile team covering all of Spain and occasionally Portugal as well. Consolidation work involves transporting all machinery, tools, and materials in a workshop truck to the building or site requiring consolidation, then performing necessary tasks to enable precise resin injection via application and injection equipment. **Job Description** We need to fill two Assistant Driver positions for teams operating in Spain. Candidates must be comfortable spending extended periods away from home. There are two shift types: (1) Short shift: Monday to Friday, always within a 350 km radius from the San Sebastián de los Reyes facility; (2) Long shift: over 350 km and poorly connected (i.e., no high-speed rail service). For such locations, the long shift applies—Monday to Saturday, with Sunday off (accommodation and per diems fully covered), followed by Monday to Thursday, including Thursday’s return journey as working hours. You do not always need to report to the facility at the start of your shift; typically, you will depart directly from home to the site designated by the Team Leader. (For example, if instructed to go to a train station, the Team Leader will pick you up by car, etc.) **Functions and Responsibilities:** Tasks include: driving the workshop truck to the assigned intervention site; operating drilling machines; using angle grinders to cut pipes, etc. These are relatively straightforward tasks but require prior construction experience and familiarity with such tools. Refilling truck tanks at one of our distribution facilities located across Spain. **Requirements:** * Valid Spanish Class C driving license * Digital tachograph card * Certificate of Professional Competence (CAP) **Additional Information:** All per diems and accommodation expenses are fully covered by the company, including transportation to intervention sites—all travel occurring during working hours. (If you must travel to Barcelona on a Monday, your working day starts at your usual time, and travel duration counts as working time.) All overtime is compensated; no work is performed without proper hour tracking. 22 vacation days annually. Promotion to Team Leader is possible over time. Annual salary between €23,000–€26,000. All hotels and travel arrangements are managed by the Team Leader—you bear no responsibility. All occupational health and safety training courses, including forklift operator certification, are provided by the company. Occasionally, projects may also take place in Portugal. Please note that work will always be carried out within Spanish provinces, making shift patterns and staying away from home especially relevant. The schedule is Monday to Saturday for long shifts (M–S and M–Th); this long shift occurs once every two weeks, alternating with short shifts.
