Logistics Administrator

Description

We are seeking a person for the position of Logistics Administrator in San Fernando de Henares, as part of a dynamic team in the industrial sector. The role involves serving customers in Spain and Portugal, managing offers, orders, and complaints. Technical drawings and technical lists are also handled to identify materials, coordinate orders to optimize stock levels, and calculate pricing tariffs. In addition, weekly and monthly follow-up reports are prepared to maintain operational visibility. International experience and knowledge of logistics, procurement, or supply chain processes are valued. Maintaining smooth communication with customers and ensuring their satisfaction at every stage is essential. We seek an organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented individual capable of contributing to the efficient operation of the logistics department. Education in Administration (FPII, CFGS, or equivalent), experience in logistics, procurement, or supply chain management, proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office. An organized, solution-oriented, and detail-oriented profile is required. B2 level English proficiency and knowledge of Portuguese are considered advantageous.
