Autonomy and responsibility in a growing project. #### **Your Responsibilities** **What Are We Looking For?** We seek to hire a Product Control Systems and Electronics Manager with a product-oriented vision, capable of leading the definition and development of electronic solutions in connected environments. The role requires a solid technical foundation and direct experience in electronic product development. The candidate will join the Product Department and be responsible for driving the development of control systems, participating both in technical definition and in the product’s evolution throughout its lifecycle. The role combines hardware, firmware, embedded systems architecture and communications development, as well as industrialization and product evolution. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** * Contribute to the development of connected electronic products, ensuring scalable technical solutions aligned with the company’s strategy. * Collaborate in defining product requirements, features, and technological roadmap. * Define and evolve control systems architecture (hardware, firmware, and communications). * Lead the development of electronic solutions, from conceptualization through validation and industrialization. * Select and manage technology suppliers and development partners. * Define and coordinate test and validation plans according to applicable regulations and certifications. * Participate in technical validation and continuous product improvement. * Identify opportunities for technological evolution and product innovation. #### **Your Profile** **What Are We Looking For? Your Profile** * Technical degree in electronics, telecommunications, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronic product or embedded systems development. * Knowledge of system architecture (HW \+ SW \+ communications). * Experience in connected product environments (IoT). * Experience working with suppliers or external development teams. * Ability to combine technical vision with a product-oriented approach. * English level B2 or higher, required to work with technical documentation and communicate with international suppliers.
