We believe in collaboration, mutual respect, open communication, and opportunity for growth. **About the team** We are looking for a **Junior Project Finance Controller** to join our Europe \& Asia Business Management team on a permanent basis. This role will support the financial management of client projects across their full lifecycle and works closely with Senior Project Finance Controllers and Project Managers, contributing to financial monitoring, reporting, compliance, and month\-end activities. **Key Responsibilities** * Support monitoring and analysis of project financial performance * Assist with project forecasting, cost\-to\-complete reviews, and variance analysis * Contribute to monthly project financial reviews and management reporting * Support project and contract setup, financial maintenance, amendments, and closure * Assist with revenue recognition, invoicing, cash flow, WIP, and aged receivables monitoring * Support accrual preparation, reconciliations, and month\-end close processes * Assist with audit documentation and compliance with internal controls * Provide basic financial guidance and support to Project Managers * Perform ad hoc financial analysis and administrative tasks as required to support business needs. **Required Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree in a numerate discipline (e.g. Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business...) or equivalent qualification and experience. * 1–3 years’ experience in finance, project accounting, project administration, or similar roles (internships included) * Basic knowledge of revenue recognition (IFRS / ASC 606 is a plus) * Good Excel skills (formulas, lookups, pivot tables) * Familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage (Maconomy preferred) * Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy * Eagerness to learn and develop in a project finance environment **Personal Qualities** * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. * Proactive, organised, and eager to learn. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with guidance. * Detail\-oriented with a structured approach to work. * Positive attitude and strong team spirit within an international, matrix organisation **Working at ICF** ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider, but we’re not your typical consultants.
