We seek to incorporate a dynamic and solution-oriented Facilities and HVAC Engineer. Your main responsibilities: * **Design and size** HVAC systems and other installations for building projects. * **Prepare** complete engineering documentation (drawings, quantity take-offs, technical specifications, and calculations). * **Ensure** all designs comply with the highest energy efficiency standards and applicable regulations (RITE/CTE). * **Provide** direct technical support to site management, resolving issues and interpreting designs during execution. Desired qualifications: * **Education:** University degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field. * **Experience:** 3–5 years of demonstrable prior experience in installation and HVAC system design and calculation. * **Calculation tools:** Proficiency in calculation and simulation software such as CYPE and/or HAP is mandatory. * **Regulatory knowledge:** Solid understanding of applicable technical regulations (CTE and RITE). * **Additional assets:** Practical experience in BIM-based installation modeling (e.g., Revit) is highly valued.
