Job Summary: Collaborate in the configuration and validation of IT systems and data analytics solutions, providing support and updating procedures within a structured environment. Key Highlights: 1. What You’ll Achieve: * Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to ensure projects are completed on time and within established deadlines. * Configure and validate IT systems such as LIMS, Empower, MODA, etc., and data analysis and visualization solutions on Tableau Server/PowerBI/Statistica, ensuring regulatory compliance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Laboratory Equipment, and Information Technology. * Provide support and expertise in resolving incidents related to business unit activities and end-user operations. * Update departmental procedures and other documents, as well as training materials, in alignment with global procedures and processes, supporting onboarding and training of new team members. * Work within a structured environment following established procedures, seeking guidance from colleagues and undergoing periodic reviews of work for technical judgment, integrity, and accuracy. What You Need (Minimum Requirements): * Associate Degree / Bachelor’s Degree / Master’s Degree in Health Sciences. * Programming skills (SQL, Python, VBA) and data analytics tools (PowerBI). * Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency. * Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office. * Critical thinking, strong attention to detail, and solid organizational skills. * Strong oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a structured environment following established procedures. Preferred Qualifications (Additional Assets): * Experience implementing and configuring LabWare LIMS, Empower, and MODA. * Foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA) principles and concepts. * Experience resolving incidents and providing support for business unit activities and end users. \#LI\-PFE Purpose**Breakthroughs that change patients' lives**...
