You will be **responsible** for optimizing and maximizing development team delivery capacity and productivity. You will manage and optimize the collaboration model both within the team and across other organizational areas. You will monitor and manage dependencies, identify and resolve blockers, and align team strategy with organizational vision. You will work with teams undergoing migration processes — in some cases involving legacy products, and in others with temporary teams formed specifically for a given objective or initiative.
