We would love to meet you! **Position Objective:** To provide legal counseling and representation to individuals seeking international and temporary protection due to persecution, violence, or well-founded fears of suffering serious harm in their country of origin; and to manage all related administrative processes to ensure the proper support of beneficiaries. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide up-to-date, clear, and tailored legal information regarding the legal process to each individual. * Accompany and inform participants about the status of their legal\-administrative procedures. * Deliver clear and accessible information, encouraging participants to become active agents in their legal and administrative pathways. * Advise on and/or refer cases concerning asylum, immigration, family reunification, nationality, labor law, family law, gender-based violence, voluntary relocation, among others. * Conduct initial and follow-up legal interviews, creating spaces of trust and active listening. * Assist with documentary management and processing of priority legal procedures: International Protection, NIE (Foreigner Identity Number), municipal registration (empadronamiento), TIE (Foreigner Identity Card), arraigo (residence based on social or labor ties), etc., or any other procedures assigned. * Accompany participants, when necessary, to immigration offices, police stations, courts, or other relevant institutions. * Prepare and organize individual interviews with participants to gather relevant legal information and monitor their cases. * Regularly submit updated documentation to the Central Office, ensuring accurate case tracking and compliance with established procedures. * Continuously monitor participants’ files, document renewals, resolutions, deadlines, and appeals. * Design and deliver workshops for program beneficiaries addressing key topics such as International Protection, rights and responsibilities, access to housing, administrative regularization, among others—ensuring clear, accessible, and audience-appropriate communication. * Participate in interdisciplinary and technical meetings of the program. * Attend and actively participate in legal area meetings and program technical coordination spaces, providing relevant information on cases and identified needs. * Maintain contact with ombudsman offices, legal services of NGOs, professional associations, or other entities. * Collaborate with the program’s legal team and participate in networks if requested. * Support legal and administrative procedures related to the program: landlord notifications, contracts, administrative procedures, insurance matters, legal incidents involving properties, etc. * Participate in meetings, events, seminars, technical committees, or other internal or external forums organized by public or social entities. **Profile:** * Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Law. * Mandatory bar association membership. * Specialization in immigration law and asylum. * Postgraduate studies or a Master’s degree in Migration, Asylum and Refugees, Human Rights, or International Cooperation are highly valued. **What We Offer:** * Indefinite part-time contract (20 hours/week) * Working hours: Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 9:00–15:00 (hybrid model: remote and in-person) / Thursdays, 9:30–17:00 (in-person in Alameda del Valle) * Collective Agreement: State Social Action and Intervention – Group 1 **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Flexibility, Organization and planning, Technical and personal reliability, Teamwork, Diplomacy and professionalism **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Indefinite **Salary:** Between €12,000 and €18,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 17/07/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
