Management control, thorough variance analysis, and proactive proposal of action plans and corrective measures. * Reporting to Management: Preparation of recurring monthly financial reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) to support strategic decision-making. * Profitability and Costs: Cost and margin control per business unit, as well as profitability control per project. * Business Intelligence: Design, maintenance, and evolution of Power BI dashboards, ensuring data reliability and alignment with business KPIs. **Accounting, Closings, and Auditing** * Financial Statements: Comprehensive preparation, analysis, and oversight of monthly/annual accounting closings and preparation of annual financial statements. * Taxation and Compliance: Oversight of corporate taxation.
