Opportunity for growth within the company **Location:** Azuqueca de Henares (Guadalajara) **Company:** AREM\-CNC At AREM\-CNC, we are looking to hire a Workshop Manager with extensive experience in CNC machining, capable of leading production and ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality, and efficiency across all processes. We seek a candidate with leadership ability, a holistic view of workshop operations, and sound decision-making skills. **Main Responsibilities:** * Planning and scheduling workshop production. * Coordinating the machining team (lathe and milling machine operators). * CNC programming both at the machine and via CAM software. * Supervising setups, machining processes, and cycle times. * Optimizing resources, cutting tools, and machining strategies. * Quality control and tolerance compliance. * Resolving technical and production issues. * Ensuring on-time delivery. * Continuous improvement of processes and production efficiency. * Cost control and optimization per part and manufacturing process. * Workload planning and order prioritization based on deadlines and profitability. * Analysis and improvement of cycle times and reduction of scrap/rework. * Coordination and management of the workshop team, ensuring performance and organization. * Communication with the technical office to ensure accurate interpretation and execution of tasks. **Requirements:** * Training in machining. * Solid experience in CNC lathe and milling machines. * Programming knowledge of controls: **OKUMA, FANUC, and HEIDENHAIN**. * Advanced blueprint reading skills. * Knowledge of metrology and dimensional inspection. * Familiarity with materials and material grades. * Understanding of surface treatment processes. * Experience in workshop production planning and organization. * Education in business organization, production, or team management. * Demonstrable leadership and decision-making capability. * Language skills: **English or German**. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role. * Strong results orientation and commitment to meeting deadlines. * Analytical ability and focus on continuous improvement. **We Offer:** * A stable position in a growing company. * A position with real responsibility within the organization. * Salary between **€2,200 and €2,800 net/month**, depending on experience and qualifications. * **Opportunity for growth within the company.** Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Contract Salary: €2,400.00–€2,800.00 per month Benefits: * Flexible working hours * Company laptop * Mileage reimbursement * Free parking * Company mobile phone Work Location: On-site employment
