Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive logistics administrative professional with advanced Excel, SAP, and Power BI skills to coordinate the supply chain and independently manage incidents. The primary objective is to ensure precise operation of the logistics chain by coordinating information among warehouse, transportation, and systems such as SAP, OpenText, and PaaS. Outgoing goods are recorded and verified; incidents are managed autonomously, with rapid decision-making to prevent delays; and the role serves as a liaison between departments to ensure orders reach customers accurately—both in Quer and Toledo. The work environment is dynamic and requires adaptability. Prior experience in logistics and transportation is valued, as well as the ability to work without constant supervision. Working hours are fixed afternoon shifts, Monday to Friday. Continuous training and support in using position-specific tools are provided. Proactivity and a learning-oriented attitude are expected to contribute effectively to daily operational flow. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Agility and advanced proficiency with tools such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI for data and process management. Autonomy and ability to make rapid decisions when addressing operational incidents. Knowledge of logistics and transportation, preferably with experience in warehouse environments. Functional English for incident communication and email correspondence. Proactivity and willingness to learn and assume responsibilities within the logistics area.
