We are looking for a BMS Construction Manager on behalf of a Madrid-based telecommunications company with over 30 years of history. This is a CPD construction project in Alcalá de Henares. Previous experience is required with installation companies, including subcontractor management, material knowledge, preparation of technical specifications, assembly and maintenance manuals, and familiarity with legalization processes. **Requirements** * Technical or Higher Engineering degree in Electricity, Electronics, Automation, Telecommunications, or related fields. * Prior experience managing construction projects related to BMS, building automation, or control systems.
