IT Support Technician

Description

We are seeking personnel to join an international IT support team. Key responsibilities include providing customer support to clients in the United Arab Emirates and Germany, as well as participating in meetings with project managers. You will also work with the Salesforce CRM platform to analyze and discuss new features, and use tools such as GitLab along with Kanban and Agile methodologies. Experience with MongoDB and database optimization is required. Candidates must have completed high school; a higher education degree in Computer Systems Administration is a plus. A minimum English proficiency level of A2 is mandatory, and knowledge of French or Arabic at the same level is desirable. A permanent full-time contract is offered, with an 8-hour daily schedule, preferably from 06:00 to 15:00, adjustable according to client needs. The gross monthly salary is 2\.009 euros, including pro-rata benefits.
