Job Summary: We are seeking a Fleet Operations and Reporting Analyst to maintain reporting systems, manage workshop tasks, and support price control, requiring analytical experience and strong organizational skills. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain reporting systems and extract KPIs for fleets. 2. Manage work orders and track times in the workflow. 3. Support price system control and incident resolution. Six-month temporary position as a Fleet Operations and Reporting Analyst in San Sebastián de los Reyes. Responsibilities include maintaining the reporting system, extracting KPIs and assessing consumption levels, managing pending workshop work orders and tracking workflow times, maintaining dashboards, creating and managing platform access users, resolving helpdesk incidents and providing second-level support, supporting the pricing manager and price system control, validating fleet work orders for fleets that do not perform their own validation, and other duties inherent to the role. Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, split shift from 08:30 to 18:00, with breaks established by law. * Experience in data analytics. * We seek an organized, analytical individual. * Proximity to the workplace is a plus.
