This includes preparing accounting reports, monitoring daily transactions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure financial information aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. The department is currently undergoing a digital transformation process, and you’ll collaborate on implementing new digital tools and developing new protocols and/or practices to enhance departmental efficiency. **Your main responsibilities will include:** \+ Accounting registration, trial balance, and financial data with precise control for preparing financial statements (FS) reflecting the company’s actual economic situation. \+ Reviewing accounting records and interpreting financial data to generate timely reports (Treasury, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement). \+ Enabling the use of accounting tools to perform cost analysis and cash flow projections. \+ Preparing necessary accounting information to ensure the quality, integrity, and accuracy of financial data. **What will make you successful at Synergym? Key skills and experience:** \+ Solid experience in comprehensive accounting management, including month-end/year-end closings, bank reconciliations, and financial analysis. \+ Outstanding analytical skills to identify trends, detect anomalies, and propose improvements to accounting processes. \+ Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure—meeting deadlines while ensuring the quality of financial information. \+ Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or related field, complemented by postgraduate studies in accounting, taxation, or auditing.
