STEF, specialist in Transport and Logistics activities, is seeking a Traffic Coordinator for its Alcalá de Henares branch, on a permanent contract. As Traffic Coordinator, you will ensure smooth transportation and distribution of goods to recipients by organizing operations and coordinating the team to guarantee optimal service quality and profitability. **Your Mission:** * Daily route management. * Analyze whether the means used are appropriate. * Ensure transport models align with budget indicators. * Conduct daily economic and service quality analysis. * Manage subcontractor portfolio. * Negotiate rates and contracts, and manage related documentation. * Manage and control the branch’s rate book. * Close trips in the system. * Monitor packaging. * Team management. **What We Are Looking For:** * Degree/Higher Vocational Training in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Administration or equivalent. * Relevant experience in transport management is desirable. * Proficiency in computer tools. **What Sets Us Apart?** Being a Traffic Coordinator at STEF means being at the heart of action.
