We are looking for a **BIM Technician** to support the corporate area, contributing to the coordination, control, and standardization of BIM and project management processes. The selected candidate will work closely with the corporate manager, actively participating in the implementation of the BIM methodology and compliance with **ISO 19650**, as well as in innovation and operational efficiency initiatives. If you are interested in a cross-functional role with impact across multiple projects and focused on process improvement, this challenge is for you. **Your Responsibilities:** * Support corporate BIM management, including data collection and KPI analysis for the area. * Organize, update, and maintain the quality of corporate BIM documentation. * Collaborate in preparing technical documentation for tenders. * Track meetings with construction sites and subcontractors (minutes, agreements, action item tracking). * Support process standardization in accordance with **ISO 19650**. * Participate in innovation, digitalization, and continuous process improvement initiatives. **Requirements:** **Education:** * University degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field. * A Master’s degree or specialized training in BIM is desirable. **Experience:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar roles related to BIM or project management. **Technical Knowledge:** * BIM: Intermediate–advanced knowledge of **ISO 19650** concepts. * CDE: Intermediate–advanced proficiency in **Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)**. * BIM digital tools, data analysis, and presentations. * Desirable: knowledge of **applied AI** and/or basic programming oriented toward process optimization. **Languages:** * High level of English (minimum C1, highly valued). **What We Offer:** * **Stability:** Join an established company with international projection. * **Real Impact:** Participation in corporate-level digital transformation. * **Professional Development:** An environment focused on innovation, BIM, and continuous improvement. * **Continuous Training:** Access to training programs in digitalization, BIM, and new technologies. * **Flexible Compensation:** Benefits such as health insurance, transportation, meal allowances, and training. * **Join Aldesa** At Aldesa, you’ll find more than just a job—you’ll find a place to grow.
