Versatile technician with education and experience in electricity primarily; knowledge in other areas (plumbing, mechanics, etc.) will be valued. Characteristics: * Perform the necessary work to keep the hotel buildings and their facilities in perfect condition. * Morning and afternoon shifts are carried out, attending maintenance incidents and corrective maintenance tasks, as well as any work orders arising throughout the day. Rounds are made through all facilities, checking both exterior and interior lighting, replacing burnt-out lamps, and repairing breakdowns. At the end of the shift, place automatic pool cleaners in the pools indicated. Clean the hotel's pools and fountains, including bowls, filters, and pre-filters. Perform the necessary water analysis for pools and fountains, adding the required chemical products. * Maintain constant communication and coordination with the maintenance supervisor and assistant supervisor to properly carry out duties. Hand over pending work orders or incidents during shift changes. * Control and maintain the inventory of the assigned warehouse under their responsibility, keeping established maximum and minimum requirements. * Maintain order and cleanliness in their work areas and warehouse. * Participate in training courses deemed appropriate to improve job performance. * Participate in training and drills for the fire brigade and emergency situations. * Carry out tasks assigned by their immediate supervisor, as well as responsibilities required by the position. * Ensure the perfect condition of the facilities, reporting or repairing detected faults. * Flexible working hours.
