The selected candidate will perform essential tasks related to packaging various products, ensuring that our rigorous quality standards are met at every step of the process. Key responsibilities include efficient operation of packaging machinery and continuous supervision of procedures to ensure tasks are executed correctly. In addition, quality inspections will be conducted to verify the perfection of packaged products, and the work area will be maintained in optimal conditions of cleanliness and organization. Compensation is aligned with the applicable collective bargaining agreement. Working hours are full-time, Monday through Friday, with rotating shifts between morning, afternoon, and night. The contract will be for a fixed duration. **Minimum Requirements:** * Prior experience in packaging or production tasks (minimum 1 year) * Ability to meet and exceed productivity targets. * Attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills. * Availability to work rotating shifts, adapting to team needs. * Teamwork skills and strong interpersonal communication.
