Additionally, we belong to Grupo Aconser, a diversified group both geographically and functionally, with several business lines. **What we seek** ---------------- * **Direct healthcare provision** to residents: monitoring vital signs, administering medication, wound care, and other techniques specific to the nursing role. * **Supervision of users’ health status**, identifying warning signs and reporting them to the medical team as appropriate. * **Preparation and administration of treatments** prescribed by physicians. * **Collaboration with the multidisciplinary team** to ensure comprehensive care (joint work with nursing assistants, physiotherapists, physicians, etc.). * **Documentation of interventions and incidents** in clinical records. * Degree in **Nursing** (Diploma in Nursing). * Prior experience in geriatric care is desirable. * Commitment, empathy, and a person-centered approach to caring for our elderly residents. **What we offer** ----------------- * Indefinite-term contract on a **full-time basis**. * Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday (morning and afternoon shifts), plus occasional weekends. * A professional environment with a dedicated and vocation-driven team. * Immediate incorporation.
