Support and/or accompany beneficiaries in managing their daily routines and various procedures (medical, administrative, shopping, etc.) to enhance their learning and level of autonomy. Collaborate with beneficiaries to define their objectives and analyze their needs through the design and continuous monitoring of individual pathways. Manage the distribution of relevant assistance under the program by analyzing each person's socioeconomic situation and maintaining budgetary records and control for the project. Mediate conflict situations and organize activities, assemblies, and workshops that promote learning in conflict resolution and improve coexistence. Establish local networks and coordinate with other services to support the real integration of beneficiaries, involving them in available resources and promoting community participation. Refer cases with specific needs to specialized services (social services, youth centers, etc.). Prepare socio-educational reports and any other necessary documentation for proper program management. Design, plan, and conduct group workshops to develop personal and social skills and facilitate new learnings related to integration into the host society. Assist in logistical management of the program and ensure proper reporting and justification of final reports. Ensure proper maintenance and hygiene of the facility through planning and supervision of tasks. **Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Social Education or Social Work * Experience performing similar functions * Temporary contract until 31/12/2025 * Immediate incorporation * Schedule: 39 hours per week.
