Service Spain, Ubeda March 31 2026 Full time Permanent Job benefits Competitive salary and bonus scheme Continuous personnel development (e\-learnings \& projects) Free day to volunteer### **Your responsibilities and tasks** We are currently seeking an industrial mechanical field technician preferably based in Écija and surrounding areas or Beja (Portugal) and surrounding areas to perform the following duties: * Preventive Maintenance: Traveling, disassembly, inspection, and reassembly of industrial equipment. Preparation of reports and improvement proposals. * Corrective Maintenance: On-site fault resolution. Technical advisory and process optimization. * Process Optimization: Analysis and implementation of improvements in extraction lines. * Customer Service: Travel to facilities in Spain and Portugal. Advisory on equipment and processes. * Reporting and Quality: Preparation of detailed reports. Compliance with GEA standards. * Continuous Training: Participation in technical training programs. These activities are carried out both at our customers’ facilities and at GEA’s workplace in Úbeda. ### **Your profile and qualifications** * Must reside in Écija and surrounding areas or Beja (Portugal) and surrounding areas. * Medium or higher vocational training degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Robotics, Automotive Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a field service technician (SAT). * Knowledge of general mechanics and blueprint interpretation. * Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Valid driver’s license and availability to travel Monday through Friday. * Experience with industrial centrifuges is desirable. * Commitment to safety and environmental protection. * Teamwork, flexibility, and customer orientation. * Native Spanish speaker. * English and Portuguese are a plus.
