We are a leading company in the insurance sector and want to incorporate enthusiastic individuals with commercial skills into our team to contribute to our continued growth. **Your responsibilities would be:** * Making outbound calls to databases provided by the company to acquire new customers * Making offers and providing personalized advice based on identified needs * Explaining and presenting the products and services offered * Closing sales transactions **We offer:** * A 25-hour part-time employment contract, Monday to Friday morning shift from 9:30 to 14:45. The position is on-site and stable, initially temporary with the possibility of becoming permanent upon meeting objectives * This position is NOT for temporary campaigns, as we aim to expand and consolidate our team of professionals * Initial online training so you can learn about our products and, above all, how to carry out your job * Training on our online platform to obtain the official MEDIATOR certification (officially accredited) required by the Directorate General of Insurance to perform the role * Professional development within the insurance sector Requirements **We are looking for:** * Empathy and ability to detect customer needs in order to guide them and offer the best high-value-added insurance solutions * Excellent communication skills and customer orientation * Experience in the insurance sector will be valued, as well as holding insurance certificates B and level 3 **Join our team!**
