We are seeking personnel to work at a fertilizer production plant in Mengíbar. Main tasks include supporting liquid product packaging, operating machinery, supervising equipment, and performing quality verification. Shrink-wrapping pallets, warehouse organization, and loading/unloading of solid and liquid raw materials will also be carried out. The position requires assistance in basic industrial maintenance tasks, such as welding and electrical work, always adhering to safety regulations. The work takes place in a dynamic environment where responsibility, proactive attitude, and teamwork ability are highly valued. Working hours follow a flexible split-shift schedule, adapted to production needs. A temporary contract through an ETT is offered, with potential for continuity and immediate incorporation. Minimum education: Compulsory Secondary Education (ESO) or Vocational Training. At least 2 years of experience in factory, packaging, or warehouse environments is required. Experience in basic maintenance is desirable. A valid forklift operator license is highly valued. Training in Occupational Risk Prevention and use of electric tools is also desirable.
