Your responsibilities will include: INSTITUTIONAL ? Uphold and defend the Institution’s Principles, respect the Code of Conduct, and safeguard its reputation. ? Promote volunteer participation and collaborate in volunteer management. ? Support institutional campaigns and activities. COMMON TO THE FAMILY ? Manage technical relationships with external stakeholders, fostering collaboration with key actors. ? Identify operational needs and communicate them to improve effectiveness in project implementation. ? Apply the area’s intervention methodology within your scope of work. ? Develop territorial action plans, ensuring alignment with established indicators and commitments. ? Implement operational projects, ensuring their proper execution. ? Carry out global campaigns within your scope of work. ? Collect and record project or service data within the territory. ? Execute and support budgetary control, ensuring records are accurate and complete. ? Deliver training and provide technical advisory support to facilitate project or service implementation. SPECIFIC TO THIS POSITION ? Develop programs promoting equal opportunities for persons in situations of social vulnerability. ? Implement complementary actions for persons in situations of social vulnerability. ? Identify and anticipate risks or situations of social exclusion, intervening as required. ? Provide comprehensive support to persons in situations of social vulnerability **Profile:** University degree, preferably in Social Sciences. Minimum one year of experience in technical roles, preferably in social inclusion. Minimum one year of experience in managing social projects. Technical knowledge of social resource networks. Required competencies: Planning and organization Adaptability to change and flexibility People orientation Emotional management and self-control Teamwork We value… Experience working with vulnerable groups. Courses related to social intervention. Knowledge of social intervention tools. Experience in volunteer management and mobilization. Class B driving license. Being a volunteer or employee of the Red Cross—especially with a part-time contract—or belonging to any vulnerable group under the Red Cross Employment Plan.
