Currently, we are looking for a **Sales Administration Technician** for a major company in Linares (Jaén). **Main Responsibilities:** * The primary responsibility of this position is to maintain organized customer dates in the ERP system and respond to customers via both channels (changes received from our side or from the customer). * Order management, customer service, preparation of quotations and proposals. * Invoicing and documentation. * Support to the sales team. * Collection follow-up. **We Offer:** * Office hours from Monday to Thursday, 08:00–17:00, and Friday intensive hours from 08:00–14:00. * Stability and opportunity for continuity. * Positive work environment in a growing company. * Initial training to facilitate your adaptation to the role. **Requirements:** --------------- * Intermediate Excel skills. * Experience in sales planning or administration involving French clients, or related areas. * Commercial profile with cross-departmental coordination experience. * ERP knowledge. * Languages: French (priority) and English (minimum proficiency). * Values: A proactive, self-managing, organized individual with a strong customer focus, capable of responding promptly to customer inquiries.
