We seek a candidate with solid backend experience, passion for code quality, and the ability to provide technical guidance to the team.**Responsibilities:*** Technically lead the backend team in designing and developing microservices. * Ensure adherence to sound programming practices, clean architecture, and SOLID principles. * Design and implement REST APIs following an API-first approach using OpenAPI. * Collaborate in defining the technical architecture of solutions. * Promote the use of automation tools, CI/CD, and automated testing. * Coordinate with other technical and product teams to ensure high-quality deliveries. **Technical Requirements:*** Advanced proficiency in **Java 11** and the **Spring** ecosystem, especially **Spring Boot 2.x**. * Experience with **microservices** and distributed architectures. * Practical knowledge of **Docker** and **Kubernetes**, preferably on **OpenShift**. * Experience designing and implementing **REST APIs**, following API-first practices with **OpenAPI**. * Solid experience in unit and integration testing using tools such as **JUnit**, **Mockito**, and **Spock**. * Familiarity with continuous integration and deployment platforms, such as **Bamboo** and **GitHub Actions**. **Preferred Qualifications:*** Prior experience as a Tech Lead or in technical leadership roles. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). **What do we offer?****Babel, the great way to achieve the success.** Do you want to join an expanding, committed, and innovative team that makes history every day?
